1.Siebel Configurator
You should have at least 8 years of total experience with the most recent 3+ years in Siebel and should have general experience in:
· Configuring business objects, business components, views applets
· Creating/modifying Workflows
· Creating/modifying Assignment Rules
· Should know how to setup Siebel environments including database and application servers
· Setting up Organizations, Responsibilities and Access Groups.

2.Actuate Developer
We have 5 positions open for Actuate Developers at Herndon, VA.
We are looking for experienced Actuate developers immediately. These individuals should have large project experience using Actuate with Siebel.

3.Integration Specialist
With total 4-8 years experience with the most recent 2-4 years in Siebel and should have experience in:
· Experience with EAI , Integration objects, Siebel Work Flows, Business Services and E-Scripting.
· Strong Understanding and experience of Intigration Concepts using middleware such as TIBCO or MQ Series
· Siebel 7 Certification is a Plus!!

ERP
1.SAP Consultant
7 years of IT experience with minimum 3 years of SAP experience.
2 full lifecycle SAP BW project implementation experience in a lead role and 1 year of R/3 experience
· Expert knowledge on SAP BW implementation aspects including: business performance management, business modeling, metadata management, data extraction, transformation, loading, query design, reporting, web application design, BW performance management, and BW administration
· Knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology
· Sound knowledge of Integration of SAP BW with R/3 and non-R/3 Systems
Understanding of SAP and BW related technologies at a high level e.g. XML, XML for Analysis (XML/A), OLE DB for OLAP (ODBO), Common Warehouse Metadata Interchange (CWMI), and BAPI, ABAP, and J2EE interfaces, Ascential - DataStage, Crystal, Business Objects, Cognos or other ETL/OLAP toolsets.

1.Informatica Consultant
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills and have the ability lead projects and interface with key business units. Their primary duties will include analysis of business requirements, development of system specifications, data modeling, database design and analysis, development, and system support and enhancement for a number of operational reporting databases and decision support applications.
· This candidate will have a working knowledge of data warehouse techniques and practices, including ETL processes, relational modeling, OLAP, star schema, and database performance tuning.
· An understanding of canned and ad hoc analytical reporting is also required. Both business and technical documentation and project planning is a key to the success of this candidate.
· Essential Knowledge MS SQL Server 7.0/2000 Oracle 8i, 9i Informatica PowerCenter 5.0, DTS, stored procedures Database design and modeling Business Objects 2.7/5.0 is a plus Education and/or experience 3-5 years experience in a reporting/data warehousing technical position within an IT organization Strong analytical skills Data warehousing, relational database modeling and process flow Working knowledge of OLAP, Star Schema Working level knowledge of software development, systems life cycle methodologies Mortgage background preferred.
